Our team includes talented photographers, videographers, graphic designers, writers, social media experts, and web developers who have cut our teeth in the wine industry and know how to make your brand stand out while delivering high-quality results.
To properly introduce your brand to our customers, we have designed product pages that are beautiful and drive sales. These pages are built around digital content including bottle shots, photos, video, tasting notes, and a strong narrative. During your winery registration, you indicated that you do not have any media or are interested in refreshing your collection. We are excited to offer you our services to bring your brand to life!
Below are three media packages you can select from, or we are happy to offer a custom quote if you have something else in mind. After the shoot, you will receive a license and copies of all assets to use on your website, social media, and for promotional uses. We will also feature the content on Tasting Merchants website, social media, and other advertising.
Our team will work with you to develop a mood board (collection of inspirational images) to help define your brand and aesthetic. We will discuss what is unique about your winery and decide how to best represent that message through imagery. We will develop a shot list, make a schedule for the day of the shoot, and work out any logistics such as props, wardrobe, equipment, lighting, etc. Shoots typically last up to half a day depending on how many locations we decided to shoot at (some companies have their cellar and vineyard in separate locations).
You will receive a minimum of 5 (five) edited high-resolution photographs that you will be able to use for your own marketing purposes. We will work with you to develop the shot list, but we will suggest the following types of shots:
Wine is one of the unique consumer products that requires all five senses. The best way to tell your brand’s story is through compelling video. Our team will work with you to develop a storyboard and arrange any logistics such as props, wardrobe, equipment, lighting, etc. We can shoot at up to two locations and will bring along our drone if you have a vineyard or winery. The length of the shoot depends on what we are capturing and might include some downtime while we wait for “the magic hour” (sunrise if your property faces east or sunset if your property faces west).
You will receive 1 (one) edited high-resolution (HD) video of approximately 1.5 minutes in length and 2 (two) 20 second clips. Your new video will make a great addition to your website, email blasts, PR media kit, and more. The 20 second clips are perfect for social media and digital marketing. Your video will include an interview, music, B-roll, and drone footage of your vineyard if you have one.
Digital assets are an important investment for wineries of any size; especially so for wineries with a DTC dependent business model or without a physical tasting room. Everybody claims to have the “best wine”, but unless you appeal to consumers’ emotions, they will not be convinced. Our digital media will help you craft a brand narrative that engages customers’ limbic as well as analytic minds.
